End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen and dishes. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option, after booking, from the Vacancéole Client Area. Pets are allowed (1 max./accommodation) with supplement (12€ / day and 65€ / week). The option can be added after booking from the Vacancéole Customer Area. For group bookings (from 5 units) specific group conditions apply: prepayment of the total amount when booking and free cancellation possible until D-42. Please contact us. Photo identification and a credit card will be requested upon check-in. A bank statement of €300 is requested upon arrival, as a deposit, then collected after the stay provided that the accommodation is returned in good condition (inventory check compliant). This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Location is good

I have stayed here for 15 plus years but it is old and tired and now poorly maintained, untidy, messy, dirty. Beds are ancient and worn. When you see the list of prices for breaking things you get the picture.

The property is well located and that will be my only positive comment. You can take your room only at 5 PM and you have to vacate by 10 am! I was scolded because i arrived too early at 3.30PM. I didn't have soap, shower gel nor shampoo. The bed was not done. It's a glorified apartment not an hotel. There is a gated and secured parking lot. Second positive element.

nothing...

the apartment had a horrible smell coming from it , like an apartment that has been smoked in and windows closed up . the cleanliness was non existent , mold present everywhere in the bathroom , in the main room on the ceiling and above all under the boiler a water leak had done damage and caused mild growth. clearly the cleaning has been kept to the bare minimum . the smell in the room was so bad we did not sleep in the room and has to sleep on the sofa . I do not recommend this complex to anyone ...

Très bien situé pour accéder au port et au village du Vendée globe. Parking privé appréciable vu le monde à cette période. Appartement 6 personnes spacieux et lumineux. Les matelas sont un peu durs Ménage à revoir... Miettes sur l'étagère du micro onde, poubelle de la salle de bain tachée, sol collant...

Tout à fait honorable pour le prix. Excellente situation à 7mn à pied du port. Draps et serviettes de toilettes très propres. Le reste de l'entretien appartenant aux clients, c'est moyen moyen.....
