The rooms were clean and the staff was VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. They have on site laundry services which was a huge help to us as we had been traveling and needed to wash clothes. That was a nice amenity for us.

The location was excellent. Had to request fresh towels and coffee during a 3 day stay. Requested a cab be called in morning and none showed up. Not sure if they forgot to call.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming...we were able to get our room a little earlier. Other hotel staff were friendly also

What a great place! The staff couldn't do enough for us, Alex and Antionette were so kind and helpful. Antionette helped me purchase train tickets on line. Alex shared train travel tips with us. The location is great as well, it is a half a block from the Royal Mile. All shopping, restaurants, and attractions were within easy walking distance, including Edinburgh Castle.
