Spacious and clean with all you need , Easy parking directly in front of chosen studio a bonus . Would be an ideal base to explore Northumberland .

Accommodation very comfortable and well equipped. One point I would make is that the entrance to the studios from the main road is quite narrow, especially as the main road is very busy. Obviously this is only a problem the first time you enter! but something to be aware of

Nice size rooms, plenty space,kitchenette great for making my own food, the kitchen utensils could do with an update, also no sharp knife provided with cutlery, take slippers tiled floors are cold.

The self catering unit was excellent in every way. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed and great location for sightseeing the southern part of Northumberland. Also very well equipped. Will be back

The studio is nicely situated easy to find and very clean and comfortable. Only issue was with the Covid restrictions caused a bit of an issue in regards to dining in and also very sparse in the content. However this was clearly explained in the introduction when I arrived

Nice place, easy to park. Had a nice size room and seating area. Bathroom clean and all kitchen items provided including cleaning materials. Bit of road noise but not too intrusive. Owners were helpful. I felt it was good for the price amd a nice base to see the area. Local to supermarkets for shopping. Beware there is no oven and hob just a microwave. I missed this when i booked

Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfy and the addition of armchairs was good. The "kitchen" equipment was sufficient for our needs and having a fridge was helpful. Kirsty's customer service is 1st class and she checked in on us during our stay, but not in an obtrusive way - it was very welcome. I would highly recommend these studios.

I chose this place mainly because it allowed me to self cater, but was more than pleasantly surprised by everything. Great service from Kirsty the owner, making you feel welcome and safe. Absolutely spotless inside, and the things inside are quality, not cheap. I really cannot recommend this place enough..... My purpose was to travel round and look at things in the North East, and it was perfect for that. It is also ideal for business travellers.

Much better than a room in a 3* Hotel. Self checking but very efficient and easy. Room clean, tidy and well maintained. Only grip it was a bit cold. Could have done with an extra blanket to put over the duvet. Close to a busy road but well sound proofed.
