"Expensive comfort with no hot water"

Comfortable bed and nice room

I had absolutely no hot water, which was unacceptable. No one on site overnight so no response when I emailed them.

"Lovely hotel"

Great location with parking, staff member friendly. She told us about the firework display going on that night, which was amazing! A few minutes walk to beach, pier close by.

Cracked cups in room and dodgy flush on toilet. Nothing major!

Loads of things to do around the area. The hotel was clean and didn't take us too long to get to the beach. The car park was adequate. Would stay again
