Convenient for town and beach and free parking, which is rare in Bournemouth. The water pressure is amazing.

My room was an attic conversion, it was very claustrophobic, especially with the dark navy paint and sloping ceilings. It was also way too hot up there with only a tiny window. No window in the teeny bathroom. Shower door wouldn't close in my child's room, bathroom was even smaller in there.

I made a group booking then downloaded the booking to my Apple Wallet on my iPhone, but the Guest Name was the name of the guest in the second room. This is a small detail that had no effect on my stay but it should be corrected.

The manager was so lovely and nice, she provided us the best service ever. Best stay I’ve ever had in a hotel. Definitely chose this hotel for a stay.

3rd floor room no lift! Bathroom really badly designed in a sloped roof hit my head about 4 times!
