The location couldn't have been better, so close to town and bars/restaurants. Well equipped room with everything you needed. The bed was so comfortable! The bathroom products were also a lovely touch.

The bathroom floor was quite slippy when you put a towel down after a shower. We stayed in summer so the blinds did let in quite alot of early morning light

Great location, easy access in and out, plenty of room to spread out. Very quiet overnight!

The rooms were clean and spacious. It's really central to everything.

There was no option for breakfast but we found a lovely cafe 2 mins round the corner.

We are from Dubai and we stayed at this property for 3 nights with (myself, wife and 3 kids, 11 year, 7 year and 1 year) in August 2023. Brilliant location literally right the entrance of Lake's pathway. Very near to the town center with multiple food options. I would do injustice if I don't talk about the host (Andy). He was very helpful and supportive gentleman. He has maintained the property very well. The room we booked was big enough for all our 5 family members. Toilet was absolutely neat and clean with latest equipment and fittings. Andy offered us the parking spot next to his car which was free at any time of the day. We were looked after in a fantastic way. I would like to share an example of how supportive the property owner was. So my wife had forgotten her pair of shoes in the room and we realized that when we had already reached London. I called Andy and he did us a big favour by delivering the shoes himself at the post office without charging anything. He was happy that his customers were satisfied. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an easy access to lake and town center. It was indeed a memorable and super comfortable trip for us. If I get a chance to visit the beautiful Keswick, I know where to stay :)
