Overall good Experience.. It could be much better if they can work much smarter. checking the names at restaurant entrance after 6 times annoying. This process has no added value to hotel guest. Service also not attentive at all. Great beach and Rooms are comfortable. Big issue with İnternet connection. Only available after midnight!

Fabulous location, staff, food etc! We also attended a wedding in their chapel which was gorgeous!

Everything excellent apart from internet. Cable doesn't work in room, wifi doesn't work in many places. Investment needed.

The hotel and surroundings were exceptional. The building itself is beautiful, water is a feature throughout. Waterfalls and aspects of infinity pools on many different levels. The pool was huge and stretched around half the hotel. However even more exceptional was the service of the staff. Particularly Katerina, operations manager and Irina; nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is not near any local amenities so everything is taken care of on site. If you do want to go further afar, then there is a rental car operator on site. The sea view from our balcony was fantastic and offered us a view of much of the hotel and the weather was perfect, we travelled in the last week of September. Rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. There are 3 a la carte restaurants which were OK, nothing to particularly shout about. The buffet service for breakfast and any other meals was adequate, there was plenty of choice to suit everyone's taste. My only complaint as a spice lover, the food became blander and plainer as the days went by. Otherwise the standard was good. This is a spa hotel, so booked several treatments which were very good. The service at the Spa desk was very good and staff were accommodating in making appointments to suit. However you all need to know about May. May is the best masseuse EVER...After having my first massage, I HAD to book another one. I was disappointed when told I had to pay 12 euros to use the spa on days I hadn't booked treatments.

Our trip started disastrously. We asked the hotel to arrange for us to be picked up form the airport, agreeing a somewhat extortionate fee of 100 Euros for a one-way trip. When my wife rang the hotel to confirm the arrangements the night before we flew out, the receptionist said there was no record of our booking, and that he had some French guests he had to check in, and cut my wife off the call! When we rang back, he said not to worry, just turn up, there's plenty of room! He then said a taxi would puick us up, but it didn't, we had to sort our own out when we landed, and still negotiated a cheaper rate than the hotel was offering! To be fair to the manager, when we arrived and complained, he did apologise and gave us a DOUBLE upgrade to a room directly facing the sea with its own pool. However, the service didn't really get much better: as vegetarians little or no effort was made to understand our dietary requirements, it was a case of make do with what was on offer. other hotels at this price range, and alleged star rating, have made the effort to sit down with us and develop a menu based on what we could eat. Finally, apart from the exception of the beachside and poolside restaurants, the service was slow, with surly and unapproachable staff. The redeeming features were an excellent location, facilities and weather. However this place lacks the human touch of people who care about providing good service.

Lovely hotel, food absolutely excellent., rooms v good and a nice beach and pool. However, it is far away from everything else on the island, which I suppose is the draw also, but means that you have to hire a car and anywhere is a good 30-40 min drive away at least. I would definitely recommend it if you want a get-away from it all break though, as the hotel itself is fabulous.
