Positives: Location, pool area, apartment as a whole. Negatives: Mattresses far too hard, sunbeds all need replacing. Tips: Hire car a must.

Receptionist let someone push in front of us so it was a very long wait. Got woken up by drunks about 3 times all night

Unable to recieve a refund for two nights that we were unable to stay due to flight cancellation, had to purchase a further night to stay as our flight was not returning on original booking date Cleanliness of rooms completed by maids excellent Broken dishwasher fixed and replaced immediately , but room had damp spores through the living room and second bedroom and smelt damp, we requested that we be moved and this was granted from ground floor to 3rd floor, the same was apparent in this room don’t know if from air conditioning or if from leaks from room above, Hotel staff very friendly and helpful Area is beautiful and would come back

We stayed in an apartment. Which was lovely, clean and very spacious. Didn’t get water in the fridge which was disappointing. Breakfast was good lots of choice. The pool was warm. Well managed by lifeguards. The whole area was very clean. We enjoyed our stay would love to go back. Only negatives. The reception staff didn’t explain anything when we arrived and there was a language barrier as didn’t speak very good English and I’m rubbish at Spanish!

Apartment was 1 bed decent kitchen and lounge area. Balcony was small and shaded, furniture was ok. Bedroom had plenty of storage, bed was queen size and comfy, shower was really good. No english TV channels but not a major ussue for me. Staff at reception and bar were friendly and helpful, pool area was good size, plenty of sun loungers, more suited families, great pool options and slides for kids.

Booked a 1 bed suite all inclusive...bath in bedroom was broken and although highlighted to staff was not resolved. However the room itself was amazing with 3 balconies and a fab shower.Did not get into room until 3pm and thought that the food did not match the quality of the room. The food was ok but a little bit canteen style rather than restaurant...big round banqueting tables and a handful of tables for 2...not the romantic getaway we expected. pool was fab and lots of sunbeds and a nice pool bar. We had a lovely stay and would go back but maybe not all inclusive unless quality improved.

We stayed for 3 nights from 31st May to 3rd June but on arrival we’re told that no facilities (pool, bar, restaurant, doors to main reception) would not be open for the first two nights of our stay as the season hadn’t started. We were not informed of this at the time of our booking or at anytime before we arrived at the hotel, so very poor and unacceptable. The hotel itself was just ok but difficult to rate facilities we didn’t have access to.
