Nice hotel right next door to La Serena golf course which was perfect for us but this hotel is very quiet & a remote location, the apartment & pool area was decent but the pool bar wasn't open & the restaurant/bar was shut too, perhaps as the season progresses more becomes available, we travelled week commencing 24th April for a golf trip so for us we spent most of our time at La Serena golf opposite the hotel, overall good hotel for a quiet holiday 😎

Enjoyed our stay - was very quiet as it was out on a bit of a limb from town, but this was great as it meant we had the pool to ourselves! Would have been better if all the pool facilities were open (eg jacuzzi was empty).

This hotel is overall very good. Our room was a larger suite style room and had 3 aspects over the pool, golf courses etc, all in good order and kept clean on a daily basis. The pool area is ok, the sunbeds do need an update and there do seem to be to few of them at certain times of the day which im sure is not unusual in mid august. Theres are some strange rules regarding no balls in the pools? Not sure why balls designed to be used in pools are not allowed.. Food in the hotel was good value and plentiful in choice. Location is ok, not relalistiically walking distance to los alcazeres but taxis were easy to come by. Overall ok hotel.

Perfectly ok. Not the Mar Menor Golf resort Hotel we intended booking. Two hotels using same name led to the confusion.

Not great wafer thin pillow x 1 each and when ask for more told we have no more. Pot luck if you got clean towels , water cut out , half front door missing and generally looked tired

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. Apartments are clean and come equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron. One bedroom has a double bed and the other is a twin. Two bathrooms, one with double sink and shower and the other with shower over bath. Balcony with small table, 2 chairs and small drying rack. Lounge has a sofa bed and TV (didn’t watch it so no idea on channels). Air conditioning is very good. You do hear some noise from other apartments and from the pool but it’s not excessive and didn’t impact on our holiday at all. Bed mattresses are quite hard. There is no hairdryer and there were only 4 hangers in each wardrobe. Apartments were cleaned every day by the lovely cleaners and bed linen was changed mid week. Pool is great, there is also a kids paddling pool and a separate small pool for 2 water slides that are great for kids. Sun beds are adequate but they really need new parasols as they were often blown away due to being broken. There is a poolside bar that is reasonably priced for drinks and ice creams. The building could do with some general maintenance to paintwork, poolside toilets and to some of the steps. The vast majority of the guests are Spanish with a smattering of other nationalities. Many of the staff speak little or no English so good chance to try out your Spanish! There is a small entertainment program (magic show, kids disco, aqua fit) again all in Spanish. Lots of on street

Good service from staff. Efficient hotel, good breakfast.
