"A slightly spartan stay in a gloomy room in a good location."

The location was good and the staff were pleasant.

The room was partly below ground level and right beside a car park. It was gloomy. The room was sparsely furnished and minimally fitted out. The bathroom was small but workable.

Nothing, the service was awful, the receptionist was arrogant and unhelpful. No lift, no assistance offered when we were told we were on the 3rd floor, 4 flights of stairs and after I mentioned I was a disabled pensioner. No of street parking and the rooms looked nothing like the photos on line very dated and not clean at all. We will never stay here again
