Have stayed quite a few times mangers and staff always amazing room and view of river are outstanding cannot fault anything

First morning breakfast was fine the second morning no teabags I had to go back to get one from my room & the coffee & hot water were nearly empty at 8am.

My husband stayed the night on a work trip from Gold Coast to Sydney, these are his reviews on the property. The room he was in was ok and it was clean, doable for 1 night. Staff where nice.

The beds were uncomfortable. Toilet is in an odd position and hard to access. (again my husbands review - he said there is no leg room in front of the toilet you need to sit side on!) he is 6ft 3 he said i wouldn't even fit and I'm a lot smaller than him. There was a bright light out the window that lit up the room all night which was annoying. Pretty expensive given the quality 224 for a night! he definitely wouldn't stay again. No Milk was in the room for tea or coffee facilities, and fridge didn't work. He said its the first accommodation he has ever stayed in with no milk for tea or coffee.

Room was nice although the bathroom door was poorly designed.

The internet was very poor - we were unable to use it effectively most of the time we were there.

The location and the sea view

The tight parking with a larger vehicle it was difficult to get in and out of the car parks.
