"Comfy, convenient at good price"

Room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Host friendly and helpful, whilst not being intrusive. Excellent location close to Hoe and city centre. Free parking on site big bonus as local charges high.

A superb stay in a perfect location. And parking !! Impossible to fault this excellent place. No breakfast but of no issue as a short walk away is a whetherspoons.
