"Excellent"

It is a really nice guest house. I was very comfortable. I was on the top floor but even on the top floor the view was lovely. There wasn't any breakfast at the property which would have been a nice touch but other than that it was lovely.

A single room with a shower room right next door, plenty of clean towels and washing soaps, virtual sea front location, and easy walk into city centre,

Cannot say anything I didn't like, apart from the rear parking is a little tight, but being in Plymouth city centre, having off road free parking is definitely a bonus

"Lovely little guesthouse"

The Guest house was well positioned near the centre . The owner was very helpful during our stay. It had off road parking at the back of the property. The room was small but comfortable . We had a room with a sink in it,this took the pressure off the shared bathroom. We stayed the week and had a comfortable stay

For the price the hotel was good value .
