The Mariners - Torquay

Location was right in the centre of town so easy to walk everywhere. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The harbour room was cozy but clean and comfortable..

The property itself was so nice. The staff, Max and Jak, were absolutely lovely. And the breakfast! Wow. I loved my stay and can’t wait to be back :)

Not enough parking

We had a full cooked breakfast which was delicious, it was served ontime and piping hot. The room was lovely and veryclean. The owners were friendly and and welcoming. The location was good as its a short walk to the Marina and the bus stop and train station.

Having stayed there 5 nights in hindsight we should have booked a bigger room. But there was everything in the room that we needed. We also found the mattress a bit strange. Felt as if you didn't sleep in the middle you might fall out of bed.

Max and his dad were very nice and helpful and friendly very clean and good location would recommend the mariners thankyou for a lovely stay

Parking was very poor only three bays were available if you were lucky enough to be allocated a spot when you checked in and you used your vehicle during your stay then it wasn't reserved for you on your return and more than likely it wasn't available on your return so you had to trawl the streets to find somewhere to park away from your accommodation
