Beautifully decorated and a lovely, large spacious room.

Helpful staff . Very good breakfast.

Small cold room. Uncomfortable bath. Scant hot water. Note: the rooms in this hotel vary considerably, my brother and his wife had a very nice room, palatial by comparison, and only £20 more, they were very happy.

Lovely room, spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good but it's a bit inconvenient to have to choose exactly what you will eat on the previous afternoon.

There seemed to be only one member of staff, in charge of everything. He was very helpful, but this is unfair on him, there needs to be more staff available, especially to clean the room (which didn't happen). The other thing which was difficult was the default check-in of 4pm. That is too late. A charge is levied if you want to arrive earlier, which is a very off-putting thing to discover if you pitch up hopefully at 3pm. It would be MUCH better in my view to charge an extra £5 and let people check in by 2pm or 3pm at the latest say, as many other hotels do.

Excellent breakfast, good location, every where was very clean. Raj was an excellent host.

The room/bathroom were chilly even though the heating was on high.

Lovely big room overlooking a green. Very quiet. Welcome cake!

Not enough hot water. No Decaff coffee in morning (though sachets in room)
