As you walk in you hit with a terrible smell, sort of like cooking, damp and body odour. The entrance and living room we were put in to wait wasn't heated so it was freezing. The room smelled much better than the downstairs area and it was clean, but still had a smell of damp. The bathroom was clean and quite modern, but the bath had a big blue stain in it, which stopped me from using it. There is also some system in the toilet that makes it sound like a blender, so throughout the night we would hear this loud noise whenever any of the rooms around us used the toilet. Photos of this property are misleading it is run down and dated.

The staff were great & very accommodating.

Only a one night stay so nothing to dislike.

The room was very clean like very very clean, the guy at reception he just amazing and those bunnys in the garden just stole my heart

The price could be little bit less especially at this period when it’s not seasonal

I stayed at Relish Hotel for a business trip, mainly because it was close to the meeting center and had high ratings. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast—it was genuinely good. The English beans, in particular, were delicious, and I would love to learn the recipe!

However, there were several disappointing aspects. When I arrived, I was shocked to see that the building was surrounded by ongoing construction, which had not been mentioned during booking. There was only one staff member present, who did his best to help but was understandably overwhelmed. After checking out, I requested an invoice, but they were unable to provide it because they didn’t know how to send a PDF. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility from management was frustrating and unacceptable.
