Breakfast could have included more items. Nice but pretty basic breakfast.

Early check out time - 9am at a weekend!

Location was perfect The kitchen was well equipped Plenty of hot water

Sofa and chairs needed cleaning as a a bit grubby and so did the cushions ..maybe the paint work freshening up a little The flower planters out side not looked after so looked very drab Small lamp in bedroom broken very loose

Lovely farm in rural area , the hosts were so friendly and biscuit the dog was adorable. Cake on arrival and nice breakfast. Close to Beamish, Tanfield Railway and some lovely restaurants /pubs

very comfortable, well equipped cottage with excellent king size bed and great bath and shower.

Breakfast was fair, nobody to welcome us on arrival although the owner knocked on the door later that night with a homemade cake

Big comfy armchairs. Good sized room - space to spread out. High beds with good mattresses. Good breakfast - set us up for the day. Helpful and informative host. Angus went to great lengths to make sure I got the wi-fi up and running. Beautiful surroundings. Very handy for Beamish.

The hosts were very friendly, welcoming,and went out of their way to help us locate places of family history. It is a very comfortable and homely place to stay. The bed, huge fluffy towels, and the delicious cake on arrival were superb. The location is fab. Thank you to Louise and Angus

This is a very lived-in family farm, and whilst we were happy with that, some people might not be

The cottage was spacious and well equipped. Bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water. Feeding the chickens was fun and their eggs were lovely! Appreciated the sponge cake and other provisions, very thoughtful.

All of the kitchen cupboards were full of more stuff than you would ever need. This meant there was nowhere to store provisions that weren't suitable for the fridge. Stair carpet and bedroom carpet were stained.
