We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, the breakfast was amazing, and the beach is just nearby. Everything was perfect. ❤️ The room had everything we needed, and the facilities were 10/10.

All very good. Very clean and neat. Charlotte and Gavin are attentive and very helpful hosts.

The shower is very under powered, so it takes a long time to use.

"Perfect stay for our first trip to St Ives"

Loved our room, which had exceptional views to the sea, super comfortable bed, very clean, and the little details like daily refresh of tea, hot chocolate, biscuits and also binoculars to watch for seals/birds made our stay extra special. Location is very quiet but 5min walk to everything. The hosts Charlotte and Gavin are amazing and so sweet. They kindly let us keep the bags at the house before and after our trip. Also the breakfast in the morning were excellent! Definitely will try to book again once we are back in St Ives!

Very welcoming, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast.

One small thing. Large gap between bottom of the door and carpet which let light into the room as the corridor lights on all night. Could have done with either a draught excluder or the lights in corridor could be by motion sensor.
