During 2025 and 2026, I travelled all across the UK, including some of its most remote corners, and I honestly don’t think I came across hosts as kind as these anywhere else. They were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, and everything was perfect. Hotels and guesthouses usually go for furniture and interiors that can easily hide stains and signs of wear, but at Tregony everything was the most unforgiving choice possible — white — and it was all absolutely spotless. The breakfast was excellent too; I really don’t know what anyone could possibly complain about. And on top of that, the view was perfect.

Extremely welcoming hosts, very clean and well maintained. Superb breakfast. Wonderful sea view from our room. Would like to return.

Fantastische plek aan de kust in st Ives. Geweldige gastvrouw en gastheer. De familiekamer met prachtig uitzicht op golven van 3 tot 4 meter hoog.

Alles was perfect. Voor ons het bed iets te hard.
