Waveney House Hotel

Next to the river. Good sized room with en-suite. Comfortable bed.

The only window was quite high so no view but as we were in the eaves you got to expect that. A view of the river would be lovely. Probably could do with a new carpet as a few marks on it.

Beautiful location

Comfortable room with lots of little extras i.e. toiletries, biscuits etc. Excellent breakfast choices. Good dinner menu and well presented. Good sized car park. Great location by the river, also two minutes from the town centre.

Room had only a hand shower facility for washing hair. No allocated bar area.

Room was really lovely, and inviting. Breakfast was very good.

The only little thing, was could have had a slightly wider duvet on the beds.

Friendly professional people; clean and spacious, well appointed room with a wide view of the river Waveney. Excellent breakfast served rather than "get it yourself".

At 76 I am a little unstable and grip handrails on stairs to hold me back. Polishing the handrails looks and feels good but renders them useless as a "brake".

Great location and very pretty by the river The room was so comfortable and cost, loved the period features. Lovely friendly staff and fantastic food for both evening meal and breakfast

Prefer a shower our room had a bath .

Staff very helpful and happy.

Evening meal chicken a little hard, also breakfast some of the bacon over cooked. Fitting of new carpet at 7.55 am in the room below us not exceptable, although staff apologised.

We were guests at a funçtion. Spacious room. On site parking.
