The staff were very friendly and hotel was lovely .it was a short walk from the town centre where there are lovely shops and pubs. Would recommend this hotel

The only problem was the room felt cold

"Quiet, comfortable, relaxing stay."

Food both the cooked breakfast and evening meal were lovely. Staff professional and friendly. Lovely character room, nice and clean with beams Very quiet location with a lovely riverside view. I felt very safe the whole time even though I was a lone traveller!

No specific bar area as it is shared with restaurant but their are additional seating areas in hotel.
