Great ski in/out location, pool is lovely, room great

Beautiful hotel and adorable town. Extremely convenient for a ski trip

The view is amazing. It’s cozy and quiet which is nice for families but it’s hard to get to because of its remote location.

Good value for money. Great for ski in ski out. The rooms were very well equipped with great views of the mountains. We would definitely go back. The pool was great after a hard days skiing. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for 4 people. I think it would be a bit of a squeeze for 6. We enjoyed being away from the centre of Flaine, with convenience of the hotel shuttle or the free ski bus if we wanted to go into town.

Good location for skiing A bit of a hike when walking to get any shopping although there was a bus which just by chance we kept missing so walked rather than wait for the next one

Good location for family ski in ski out, slope access from level 3, then 1 small chairlift and a tiny blue run to Flaine foret, button lift and same chair lift on the way back. Room was VERY small, we had a 1 bed that was more like a studio, felt like we were continually moving furniture to make room and was also starting to become a little tired, could do with some tlc. Would I stay here again? Only if it was half the price.

It was a perfect hotel, other than the staff and the dog that lived in the lobby along with the constant wet dog smell. The apartments were very clean and accommodating, if you needed extra towels, slippers, toilet paper there was no fuss. The apartments are fully equipped, everything you have at home! The staff however literally just pointed us to the direction of our room and expected we knew everything about the hotel/area. We found out multiply things only on the last day from a waitress at the local pub about our hotel that would have benefitted us through-out our 9 night stay at this hotel; ‘Free taxis’ being the main one! There was also some miscommunication over the phone before we booked our trip which caused us not being able to ski on our last day. I feel the staff should have confirmed and double checked everything before personally showing us to our apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recomend it to a friend.

Great location to ski in ski out. Well equipped apartment and microwave available on request but only found coffee filter machine on last day as hidden in cupboard beside hoover.

Great apartment, with excellent amenities, in a fabulous location.

Really well-equipped and well-designed spacious apartment. Ski-in/ski-out access and supermarket (albeit limited choice and more expensive than other ones) nearby. Reception staff helpful and ability to rent raclette / fondu from reception a bonus.
