Great well equipped room with fab views (ask for south facing high room). We arrived at 5pm and the room was ready. Hotel lifts efficient. Free Ski bus stops outside. Hotel taxis give free transport round the resort at night. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD. We used them all the time including to get to bigger supermarkets and restaurants. They always picked up within 5 minutes. Fresh bread 8 am from reception is useful ! Good restaurant on site if you want we enjoyed it one evening. Pool table/bar area too. Easy to ski back to Hotel, skiing out down to resort had 200 yards of flatter run to negotiate. Because you need to take a lift up to come down to the resort make sure you have your lift pass before starting, I believe the hotel can buy lift passes for you but we bought them online and had them posted in 4 days ! Convenient very good new skishop and small supermarket at next door Helios, level - 2 in lift 100 yards away see below. Supermarket sells a reasonable range of fruit/salad/some frozen stuff/dairy/drink etc. Ski school representitives were on site to book lessons Sat PM.

We stayed over New Year and were very lucky with the snow so the runs and lifts in and out of the hotel were running the whole week. The staff were excellent and so helpful, however, they do not/cannot do anything about unoccupied children in the stream-room and jacuzzi who were very annoying. Apartments are very comfortable and have all the facilities that are needed.

Great accomodation and facilities. Peaceful location with great views. Ski out and easy return on the ski bus.

Very impressed with the quality of the facilities, excellent value

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, sleep 6, "Espace" apartment. This was the best ski apartment we've stayed in in Europe, modern, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. This is a large apartment complex which is a little out of town. This isn't really an issue as there is a regular ski bus till early evening and then a couple of free hotel mini vans are available to take you to and from the main village. We called it most evenings and on all but one they collected us within 5 minutes. There is however, no shop or cafe on site. Breakfast items can be ordered the previous evening and there is a small restaurant which opens in the evening. We were disappointed with the outdoor pool and hot tub/sauna which are far too small for the size of the complex and not hot when we used them. The complex does have a ski in/out option from a green run but be warned to access the small lift that takes you to the top of the green run from the main ski area you need to use the Grands Vans chair lift. This is a high speed 8 man lift which takes you to the top of the mountain. You then have a busy 2.5km blue run back to the bottom of the green access lift. Not ideal for beginners or tired little skier at the end of a long day. Overall I'd highly recommend the accommodation due to the overall quality of the apartment but be aware of the location.

This was our second time staying at this residence and it did not disappoint. The rooms are just that bit bigger with adequate rather than cramped circulation space and the convenience is also great. Stand out for me are the first class heated ski lockers with boot tracks - boots always dry and warm in the morning! The Spa, Pool and sauna are also great at the end of a day on the slopes.

Would have given this hotel 5 all the way but we had booked 2 rooms and they were in different building s and the staff would not move us on the grounds that they were full, but it was very obvious they were not. Niether room had any view otherwise excellent

we had a wonderful time in this hotel with lots of walks scenery and relaxing atmosphere.

Its not a hotel

Great hotel and very modern - was please with the apartment and facilities on offer. You do need to bear in mind that there is no restaurant or bar at the hotel. It does offer breakfast. Its location is at the top of the hill and there is a bus that takes you down to the main part.
