Booked a king size room was given a double room instead with no price difference. Told the front desk about this said they had no king size rooms. But the magically did have one. But wouldnt put us in it.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The room sleeps 5 yet there are only enough towels for 2. The pull out bed did not lay flat but at an awkward incline. Called the front desk for assistance. They came to the room but she said that was just the way it was and "it's just for the kids anyway right?" I stay in this area often, I will not stay here again
