Good over stay for business

Had issues getting room that was ready and key that would work.

Nice hotel a couple restauarants next door

Visited for five days over 4th of July Use Hampton primarily but had not visited this location. Primary reason for choosing was availability of mobility accessible room. We arrived early due to light traffic. We were over a hour before checkin and were planning to wait in lobby area. Gwendolyn checked us in and said housekeeper would prioritize our room for completion which was done. We had our room in about 30 minutes. Amazing service. Additionally housekeeping assisted in moving our luggage into our room. We experienced a bad light bulb and mentioned it on our way to breakfast on first morning. By the time we returned to the room in was repaired. This facility was exceptionally cleaned and was being maintained all through the day. Breakfast was excellent each day. I regret not having the name of maintenance individual and evening desk clerk. They as Gwendolyn, were extremely professional, courteous and very helpful. We have friends in this area and will definitely be using this facility again.

Perfect spot...lots of restaurants around...50 min to disney...staff was amazing especially Mia the front desk night staff made my kids feel welcomed she was amazing...

Upon arrival, Gwendolyn was there and took amazing care of my family! She went above and beyond for her service and i couldnt be more grateful for it. Any employee i interacted with were all great!!!

Great location by the lake for sunsets and dining options. The staff at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the front desk personal. Highly recommend this property.
