Staff was so sweet!! Treated all of us like family!!!

I spoke with a member of staff a day or two before I checked in and was not told the facility was undergoing construction

Great breakfast!!

Stayed here for a night while our house was being repaired. Everyone is very friendly one housekeeper even helped by carrying my pet carrier to my room. Hotel has been renovated and is very clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is convenient to many restaurants and even with a lot of guests the rooms are very quiet. I would definitely stay again.

When we arrived no signage to say use side door for check in then was not pleased with the expected normal breakfast for the price we paid to stay there while they ar doing renovation. Hopefully they send us back either a free stay at another Hampton Inn or refund so of our money paid.

Arrived to the hotel and had to use the side door because the lobby is under construction. Check in was a breeze, I did it from my phone but the virtual keys weren’t an option. The restrooms weren’t available in the lobby which was an inconvenience when you arrive a little early and need to go. The rooms were newly updated nicely. The pool closes at sunset which is bad when it gets dark at 6pm. Breakfast was grab and go because of the renovations but they were completely useless if you left your room already. They didn’t have microwaves to warm up the sandwiches so if you were grabbing and going out the door, you had a cold(like frozen) sandwich. Overall, I’d like to see how it runs after construction. During construction, we felt like we were in survival mode with the hotel. Thank God the rooms were new and it was pretty quiet.

They were under construction which is fine but they don't tell you anything about it when booking. They had no breakfast available and the fitness center was also un available.

Nothing on the Hotel.com website indicated the facility was under renovation. Our room never received service during our 4 day stay…completely unacceptable and disappointing. This is not indicative of the Hilton brand.

Staff was attentive, professional, and always kind. The doors to all of the rooms slammed noisily all morning long.
