Old, dirty, overpriced, staff was useless can even answer phone or messages

We have pictures of cockroaches in our room, mold in the bathroom in the tub underneath the soap holder, and the toilets were never clean they were very dirty

Put in room directly below renovations above. Couldn't carry on a conversation, Sleep, watch t.v. with the noise above

Too many complaints to select just one! So first off, there was no reason to price gouge us. We had come down to Eustis area to check on my father as he had recently fallen! We got in too late to go stay with him. So we decided to stay at your hotel. Wrong choice. We have stayed at both your hotels in this area before. No problems. This time there were many problems. We were very tired and needed a room. We go to check in and no joke, the people in the lobby were so loud and obviously drunk, I could not hear what the lady was saying, but we got checked in somehow. Was told the price of $236.00, I think. There were 3 of us, so I went ahead. She then told me I had to run my card again and the price had changed to $326.00. I balked and she explained that there was a fee of some kind but I would get it back. I was so wiped out, I just reran the card and got the key cards and that was that. However, I could not sleep well for all the noise! We came in the room, it was cold. We tried to turn the ac off but it wouldn't and being so tired we couldn't figure it out. So I went on and took a shower got in bed, got back out of bed to get a blanket but didn't find one. Back to bed. Got woken up around 2 by a tapping sound from behind the mirror and t.v. which we never turned on. Then at 4:17 got woke up by a dog barking! Then at about 8 we got awakened by a horrendous noise, which we later found out that there were workers above us on the 5th floor. We then went down for a bit of breakfast and there were all the same loud and rude drunks who would just stand in your way of just trying to get a coffee or juice, I never could get to the oats, so we left! We went back up to our room, got our things and left! We will not be staying at either facility again! Room 414 on 10/ 18/2024. And now your stupid site won't allow me to submit this complaint! Should I really be surprised?
