"Friendly and spot on in the heart of Eastbourne"

Lovely welcome, the room was spotless, fresh and the bed comfy. We had a drink in the garden before going out for the evening, a lovely calm oasis to relax. Breakfast was well organised and there was a nice buffet selection (overnight oats were yummy!) and the full English and eggs Florentine were cooked to perfection. We felt very at home and highly recommend.

Zimmer war sehr gut. Frühstück feines Buffet und Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet. Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Möglichkeiten. Lage perfekt (Nähe Bahnhof und Promenade). Mit ÖV alles einfach zu machen ab Unterkunft. Chris gibt gerne Auskunft und Tipps über Wanderungen, Biken etc.

A well designed, spacious and quiet room, large bathroom with a great shower, friendly hosts and a really good breakfast. Location is close to the seafront and to the centre. Couldn't have asked for more pleasant stay.

Die ruhige und zentrale Lage zum Meer und zur Cify. Die Gastgeber Chris und Caroline sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Zimmer sehr schön und stylisch. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.
