"Everything was well thought out for our comfort"

The breakfast was exceptional and original with high quality ingredients and made to order. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful with excellent local knowledge. Special touches - many books on the locality to borrow, tea, coffee and good choice of biscuits in the rooms, local beer in the bar. Very comfortable bed.

Our stay could not have been improved.

Lovely little independant hotel in a residential road close to beach front. Owners were super lovely and hotel was spotlessly clean. Just personal preferences would be to have a full length mirror in the rooms and a larger TV, but that's minor details for a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was superb.. Cooked to perfection and greasy. 5* Thank you both :)

Our hosts, Caroline and Chris, were the highlight of our visit. They were so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They are clearly experts on the area and gave us a fantastic list of local eateries to try, which really helped us make the most of our short trip. The room itself was remarkably comfortable—perfect for a restful night's sleep. To top it all off, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with fresh ingredients and plenty of care put into every plate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone!

A lovely property in a brilliant location. Absolutely comfortable, deliciious breakfast, HUGE room and bathroom. I'll defeinitely back if I want to stay in Eastbourne again.

Das ganze Hotel war sehr gemütlich. Die beiden Inhaber waren unheimlich freundlich u haben uns viele Tips gegeben. Es war eine richtig herzliche Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war eine 12 von 10. Sehr gerne wieder.
