Had a lovely 3night break.. with a comfy bed. A hearty breakfast.. Ann marie & Howard we're the perfect host.. would definitely come back..
This was a wonderful hotel with a personal touch. Excellent sea front location, with panoramic views of the Great Orme and the north shore. The proprietors give us a vey warm welcome and some excellent advice on what to do and where to eat. Will be looking to book this hotel again in the not to distant future. Breakfast was excellent with a varied choice to suit all tastes.
Absolutely perfect stay once again. Room is spotless and very comfortable. Fittings all very modern. I stayed in another B&B in the centre and I much prefer this end of Llandudno with the lovely walk to the town. It's far quieter. Anne Marie and Howard are fabulous hosts. Breakfast is extremely tasty and sets you up until evening meal. Lovely lounge if the weather is iffy! There's nothing I'd change and I'm fussy! I'll definitely be back for a third visit!
Had a great time and the host's were brilliant. Llandudno is a little gem in North Wales which besides the seaside and pier has great shopping.
Lovely hotel very clean and breakfast was 100% the room we stayed in was very nices and big with king size bed. Will be be coming back we have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was the best we gave stayed in thank you
We stayed for two night and were made to feel extremely welcome, Howard and Ann Marie are a most hospitable couple and their Guest house is a credit to them, from entering to leaving nothing was to much trouble. We will defiantly think of returning if we visit Llandudno again, and would recommend to our friends and family.
We had a lovely stay, hosts were lovely, room/b&b was spotless, breakfast was excellent, would stay again, 10/10 :-)
The room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared. We chose a sea view room, important to us. The honor bar was convenient and had a great variety of drinks at modest prices. Could always park on the street within half a block.

What a great b n b this is. High standards of cleanliness. Friendly staff/ owners. Excellent breakfasts. Very organised. Comfy bed. Beautifully laundered towels and bedding. Highly recommend this one. If you don't mind the walk in to town or catching a taxi this is the one to book.
