This guest house is a great place to stay. From the attractive appearance as you pull up in front, to the lovely views of the bay, I just can't fault it. The owners are friendly and helpful, and they keep the place in absolutely spotless order. You are also in a great position here for a couple of excellent restaurants, and if you stroll into town there are many more. Don't worry about walking to town if you're weary from sightseeing all day - either eat at Mamma Rosa round the corner, which rates amongst the best Italians we've ever experienced, or get a taxi into town - they are cheap, plentiful and efficient. All in all, a lovely place to stay.
Great welcome at the st Hilary from Howard and Anne Marie, nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean rooms with tea and coffee, biscuits replenished daily, and the most comfy bed I have ever slept in! The residents lounge and honesty bar was a nice addition to what is one of the best guest houses I have ever stayed in.

This B and B carries a good review rating and lives up to it. The hosts are very welcoming and the facilities and room were good. The breakfast was very good with a great choice with a varied cooked menu which arrived without delay and hot, nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic b&b! A exceptional run b&b, the owners try and make you stay as special as possible. It is 100% one of the best b&b we have stayed in and look forward to staying again. A 2 day break to celebrate a birthday ideal location for what we required . Could not fault the Saint Hilary in any way would not hesitate in booking again which are planning to do soon . 11 out of 10......
