Breakfast was exceptional with a very varied choice. The location was perfect for walking into Stratford and many of the amenities.

A very comfortable room and quiet. Easy access to the town with car parking facilities. Liked having your breakfast in your room. Very friendly and amenable hosts. All in all a very pleasant stay.

"Clean and comfy B and B near to town centre"

Friendly welcome by owner, pleasant room at front with view of small park , room had many items that might be needed for a stay eg iron , fridge with milk and bottle of cold water, . Breakfast ( items selected on previous evening ) was delivered to room at requested time , and so able to watch TV while eating it ! Towelling bath robe was provided as bathroom a short way from the room.

Nothing major , but suggest hard boiled eggs for an option at breakfast

Our stay was great, room super clean. Beds super comfortable. Diane and Ian were great. Very inviting and nothing was to much trouble. Location was perfect. Despite the main road. We didnt hear any traffic noise from the room. Breakfast choice were all great and standard 5star. Would definitely stay again in the future.

It has a convenient location. Not far from the railway station and the town centre. The room was quite small but adequate and had several additional extras such as a fridge, Breakfast was served in the room and was very good, especially the bacon and sausage sandwich.

It is currently very warm in the UK. The room does have a fan, but I had to open the windows, and the road immediately outside is really noisy at times. When closed, the windows were effective in muffling the noise of the traffic.

good location

breakfast which was delivered in the room which mixes up eating with sleeping making it feel like a care home shower that filled but did not drain well cramped room
