Wonderful welcome from Iain. Very comfortable room in a pleasant area in Stratford-upon-Avon. Generous breakfast. Great value for money.

Excellent location and amazing hosts. We felt at home and well looked after . Iain made us laugh and the breakfast was nutritious and plentiful with spit on timing. Highly recommend and would stay there again . Perfect location to walk into the town centre and see the sights . Parking available and our car was safe and secure .

We loved the property !

Excellent location with the bonus of a big car park. Friendly hosts, clean and comfortable room. We would have preferred a traditional cooked breakfast but the breakfasts brought to our room were more than adequate. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nos encantó la amabilidad Iain y Diane, nos atendieron de maravilla incluso antes de llegar. También nos aconsejaron los lugares imprescindibles para visitar. Está a tiro de piedra del casco antiguo. El desayuno espectacular, muy completo, recién hecho y todo delicioso. Tú elijes qué tomar, es un acierto seguro y un lujo tomarlo en la habitación. Tiene parquing por 5£/día, muy práctico tenerlo tan cerca. La habitación es muy confortable, con todo lo necesario, secador, plancha, tabla de planchar, nevera. Limpieza excepcional, camas y almohadas super cómodas. Todo de 10. Para repetir. Nos sentimos como en casa. Muchas gracias!!!

Great location, close to the RSC Theatre, good restaurants and all the famous Shakespeare sights. Private, pre-bookable parking. Neil and Di were friendly and helpful hosts and all the facilties were comfortable and spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend Ashgrove guest house.

We had a lovely big room at the front of the property, overlooking the park. Breakfast was great, enjoyed having it in our room! Great location, close to town centre, pubs, restaurants, only 10 minutes walk to riverside.

Very friendly and attentive hosts. Breakfast with varied choices, served in the room. Close to the center of the village.

The hosts are really friendly people and are always there for questions. It’s very close to the swan theatre so it’s a good place to stay if you are visiting the city. The center is closeby. The breakfast is very vegetarian friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. One thing which is not a critique more of a request for future stays: maybe offering a milk alternative for breakfast would be amazing! But that’s like I said more of a bonus and I have nothing negative to say about my stay! Until next time!

that it was very near the town centre and also very close to the train station. Also the breakfast was good and you get your breakfast brought to your room in a basket.

no breakfast room as it is brought to your room this is a plus and minor thing for me as you seem to not meet any other holidaymakers with no breakfast room so yes this item is in both categories
