"Very welcoming ,clean,really enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra night."

Breakfast was good .it had a choice of cereals yogurt ,fresh fruit as well as cooked breakfast choice .

We sat near windows in dining room and was bothered by little midges.

Great location, close to Cliffs tram stop. Welcoming hosts and spotlessly clean accommodation. Breakfast each day was superb. Couldn’t fault anything at all. Would happily stay again.

Beautiful B&B lovely room. Absolutely immaculate and pristine clean. Short tram ride into Blackpool centre. About 20 min walk so perfect location. Delicious full English for breakfast and really helpful friendly owners. Would definitely stay again

Room was clean and bathroom was nice. Lovely selection of breakfast items and really enjoyed my cooked breakfast. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Only the location really was a bit far out but we did book very last minute and trams are available if you don't like walking.
