"Lovely stay thanks again."

Lovely owners, friendly & fab location. Very homely & room was well equipped with added touches. Definitely will return this was my second visit.

Unfortunately was some fly larvae worms within the apple juice dispenser at breakfast which was an unfortunate situation / accident which was dealt with and staff completely apologetic. Still will return in future, kids loved this hotel.

"Excellent hotel"

The hotel was spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. There is also a reasonably priced small bar. There is a tram stop at the bottom of the road otherwise it's a very pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the centre.

Nothing really but anyone with mobility problems might struggle with the stairs but we were okay with them.

Fantastic property. Lovely room with great amenities. The owners have thought of everything including a small fridge with fresh milk for brews. Very clean, very comfortable, excellent breakfast, very friendly and attentive owners. We will be back.

Always a warm welcome, room was clean and very comfortable.Great shower. Good facilities, TV , hairdryer toiletries. Great variety of choices for breakfast. Lovely vegan fried breakfast for us. 20 minutes walk to North peir , tram and bus stop at the end of the street. Definitely be staying again 😁

Fantastic host, room was great, and the whole property very clean and tidy. Parking easy and free, and the team to the centre was just at the end of the road. Couldn't really fault a thing!
