I like the location and it was very nice and quiet.

There was no breakfast of any kind. Clerk was disengaged and not helpful

Lobby was not open day or not. No breakfast was served. Needed to ask for toilet paper (we were completely out).

This hotel was not satisfactory at all. Our original room had no power. We were then moved to another room that was dirty. When I spoke to the manager the next day, he said "I shoukd have told him sooner". There was no house keeping at all. No clean towels, it was horrible. We will never stay here again. The manager also said he would give us a $25 discount, but that hasn't happened.

The front service was nice. There were beer tops all over our room, no rags, no cord for our telephone.

Very unclean. Staff do not understand English and not helpful. Not serving breakfast as advertised.

Charged us twice, worst towels EVER, management never available, no tissues, no daily service.
