Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Das Hotel hatte einen schönen privaten Strand.

Die Lage an sich war gut. Es hatte viele Restaurant in der nähe. Am Wochenende hörte man die Musik von den Restaurant sehr gut.

Staff and location

Not very much authentic Mexican food…no tortillas with breakfast?!?!

Location was perfect. Beach across small street but perfect and grill at the beach terrific. Pool awesome and our room was very large.

We loved the stay.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, and made the stay so special for us. We really felt cared for, and made the experience so much more luxurious. The surroundings were also incredibly beautiful. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds, many different bars with fast service, and live music entertainment every afternoon. We also had multiple massages, all of which really helped with both mine and my partners muscular tension. The location of the hotel was also fantastic - right next to all the restaurants and shops. The food and service in both the beach club and the Sabor restaurant was delicious (particularly the seafood) and the breakfast had the largest selection we had ever seen. The beach club in particular is so special with gorgeous sunset views, and fire dancing on the sunday night which was a real highlight of our trip! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Isla Mujeres!

The toilets at the pool did sometimes get dirty, particular towards the end of the afternoon. We stayed in a standard room aswell which was really comfortable, however was quite small and we had quite abit of street noise. If you can afford it I would upgrade to stay on the beachside of the hotel as this will likely be quieter. The pool area did also get quite rowdy towards the end of the afternoon, particularly when they had the DJ set - we much preferred when there were instruments!

Loved the place - great location, private beach, good restaurants and large pool.

With regards to the all inclusive model more branded gins need to be supplied.
