Private quiet and comfortable.

The chef and dinner buffet was lovely.

Staff were rude and under whelming with interactions. Restaurant harvest buffet staff the only exception. Front counter staff were very bland and lack any enthusiasm and personality. Check in took way too long with at times 6 staff behind the counter and only 2 actually checking people in. Hallway had rubbish on floor for the whole time we were there. No staff spoke to us while walking around. Sides of chairs in room were dirty. The tea/coffee/bathroom amaenties didnt appear to be restcoked - only 4 sugars, 4 coffees. Then tried to charge us for parking despite being club members and meeting the requirements for free parking.

Loved the gym and pool

We booked for 3 people but only had 2 sets of everything in the room and had to ask for more.

Need a fan in the bathroom

Need more milk in the fridge

Unclean, used tissue and cigarette butt in room, room filled with cigarette smells

Great, facilities were good. Bathroom needs an upgrade.

Noisy bats out the window at night

staff was excellent and very attentive and efficient... room service was very good and meals provided much better then the restaurants at the premisses...

Rooms were very dated and uncapped... shower recess was leaking into the room and the carpet around the ensuite was saturated. Wall paper was pealing and separating at the joints. Architraves in the ensuite were rusting and needed to be treated and painted. We stayed at the star 25 - 30 years ago and the rooms looked exactly the same other than showing 30 years of neglect... very, very disappointing accommodation
