"Lovely short Staycation"

The staff were amazing! The valet guys were really a stand out! The location was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and we loved the little teas and chocolate treats from the staff.

The room we had was looking very tired and the timber needs a bit of a revamp. Breakfast was like what we would imagine on a cruise ship....long lines and crammed in like sardines. Would probably not eat breakfast there again.

Staff, the room, everything was wonderful. The room was incredibly large and very comfortable indeed.

That you had to pay for parking. Given how much you spent on a night at The Star, it would make sense that parking should be free for guests of the hotel. I understand that if you spend over $25 at the casino parking is "free" ... But that should not be a qualifier.

"Great location, fabulous view, very enjoyable stay."

It was nice to have a table and chairs in the room. TV was good size. Milk was well provided.

Shower could have been better cleaned. Black hairs left on shower wall tiles, eek!

"Do t stay here"

What a disappointing stay we had. The balcony room we had looked at the roof, the shower didn’t get hot, $60 to park overnight and the Harvest buffet bacon was inedible. Will not be back.
