Great breakfast and a nice scenic route to town centre

Breakfast was outstanding, host had tried really hard to provide low carb diabetic breakfast as requested and everything was presented well. Room was comfortable, bathroom clean and well provided with extras. High sink, comfortable shower. Bed was just right, I slept very well, easy to adapt temperature. Tea tray was good, provided on arrival rather than waiting which mean the milk was fresh, and in small insulated jug + insulated cool bag so fresh, cool milk all through the evening/night. Plenty of instant coffee selection and tea-bags. I appreciated the fold-up study/dressing table chair which made the most of a small space. Parking on drive available (if no space on drive then parking permit for street parking was available) Conference at the University- location was perfect for the East Downs Campus and would have been excellent for the hospital opposite. Wifi code was easy to find and use. Communication between booking and leaving was excellent all round, email, personal appearance and written instructions clear, understandable and timely.

There was nothing I really disliked, the room was a little cramped for movement but this was a perfectly acceptable compromise as the bed was so nice and large.

Kleine ruhige Unterkunft. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ca. 20 Minuten Fussweg ins Zentrum.

Kein Platz und die Koffer ordentlich zu öffnen oder abzustellen. Bad extrem beengt. Frühstück im Zimmer ohne Stühle..

Small bathroom and bad tv signal

Nice location above the town. Private. Very obliging host to arrange for me to park earlier so I could visit my family at lunch and check in later in the evening when we came back.

The room was a bit on the small side but it did have everything it needed.
