Cozi and place

Although the breakfast was continental there was more than plenty of it with a a great variety and freshness.

It's amazing how different water from home made the tea a different taste!

Room was warm and well equipped with tea/ coffee making facilities, TV, towels. Breakfast tray was superb, fresh and catered for our dietary needs. Free, easy car parking. Richard was very welcoming.

Bathroom was chilly!

Great location,right near bus stop for town, station etc. comfy bed with all that you need for stay with added bonus of fridge in room which wasn't expecting! Richard the host was Very pleasant and helpful, will definitely stay again if in Winchester 😁

A little noisy in mornings as opposite hospital,but didn't wake me up, since there's a pub at top of road, it could be a little noisy from people walking down road in evening....but that's not hosts fault. Could do with a hook behind door for coats

For us the location was perfect, just 15 mins walk from train station and close to a couple of local pubs . The owner was good with communication and flexible .

Only negative point would be that the room we had was minimum size as a twin room. Then again we were only sleeping at the hotel and not spending time there.

The room was extremely comfy. Perfect breakfast brought to your bedroom door. Richard was such a lovely person! Wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it!

The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, the continental breakfast was more than adequate and served very nicely on a tray. The host was very pleasant.

If you sleep on the left of the bed and get up in the night, like I do, remember it's a bit of a tight turn at the end of the bed, with the wardrobe quite close. It wasn't a problem for me though.
