Unique hospitality, amazing breakfast but when your checkout time is up and you are not there, they will put your baggage outside

It was ok. certainly suited our desires to be within city limits.

Host was friendly and welcoming. Very convenient location, walking distance to everything.

Location in historic/interesting area but so near the town centre.

We loved our time at the Abbey Guest house, nice room and plenty of sitting out areas. Located in an area of the city steeped in history, we enjoyed walking around the murals and the Museum of Free Derry which was very informative, we also enjoyed the city walls walk, all of which are walkable from the Guest House. Excellent breakfast that set us up for the day. Plenty of on street parking next to the Guest House. We would also recommend the Blackbird pub and Walled City Brewery for dinner and a beer or two. Thanks for making our stay in the city so enjoyable and interesting

Great check in experience. We rode in on a motorcycle and he opened his courtyard as off street parking for us. It was easy to find and central to the historic sites of Derry. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast ladies made us feel very welcomed and prepared a delicious custom morning meal. Great experience! Highly recommend staying here. We would come back again.

We stayed for 2 nights and were made feel so welcome from start to finish . Shamus and all staff were so friendly and helpful, The rooms are spotless, the bed was so comfortable, Extra pillows if you needed them Tea and coffee in dining area at all times if required, The breakfast was lovley and plentiful And freshly made. Asked if we would like more of anything Our first time in Derry but deffo not our last . Lovley people Couldn't recommend Abbey highly enough Thank you

Great location for walking around the Bogside and the city wall. Seamus is a treat as an innkeeper. Great breakfast included each morning that helped start our day. Beds could be more comfortable but was fine for a couple nights. Was also a good base for a day trip to Malin Head.

We were greeted by a super friendly Seamus and made to feel right at home. The room was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great too. Fantastic location, super easy to get about. Would love to stay again!
