Ease of access to beach, pool, restaurants and shopping

Pillows uncomfortable and not able to supply anything different, not enough storage in rooms especially bathroom rooms a bit on the small side.

The pool and location.

The gym doesn’t meet any exceptions of a 5 starts level at all.

"Excellent hotel"

Modern airy and comfortable, super friendly and helpful staff, great location, good breakfast, nice pools and beach area. We had a super time here. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking. The hotel, whilst modern, has a very welcoming feel to it. Wonderful shower in the room, and rooms were well serviced.

Better lighting in the bathroom would help, and my wife wanted a full length mirror in the room. But these are not detracting from the overall experience.
