I Resort Beach Hotel & Spa

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great beach view. We had suite W001 with a private pool which was a lovely room for our wedding anniversary.

The outdoor space was overlooked by 3 apartments next door who were constantly sitting on their balconies watching you sunbathe and in the pool. All it would take would be a corner screening panel to obscure their view into the room. The booking process was quite misleading and we believed it to be private location. The shower in the room is amazing and has water jets, although the door is a really bad design and has an open gap that allows all the water to escape into the bathroom when the jets are turned on. We’ve stayed in many luxury hotels all over the World and this room simply wasn’t worth £750 per night. The west side pool area is very busy and unless you are up early then you will struggle to get sun beds. Saving beds shouldn’t be allowed as often beds are empty with towels on for hours. The hotel needs a clear policy that towels and belongings will be removed if you leave the pool area to go out or go for lunch, this would free up space for other guests who have also paid a lot of money to stay in resort and not on the beach. The other pool area and restaurant at the east end of the hotel is like a budget hotel and needs a serious renovation to make it look more inviting.

The lobby is like a foto Studio. The interior is modern and stylish. The size of the room is a pré!

The opening time of the steam room and sauna. Opening from 11:00-14:00, those are the hours people are most active. The quality of the wine served with the all inclusive package is terrible!

Les plus: Hôtel très bien, la literie, la machine à café et les bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner parfait. Le personnel dans l' ensemble agréable. Un plus serait qu'il y ait quelqu'un qui parle francais à l'accueil. Petit bémol, difficile de trouver quelque chose à manger au bar de la piscine si on n'a pas la formule hall inclusive.

The hotel is very beautiful and beautifully designed. It has 2 pools, one infinity and one regular with a descent of stairs. There is a beach adjacent to the hotel which makes your vacation much more enjoyable. The hotel staff is family and makes you feel the best in the world. The hotel is accessible to the disabled with a chair. wheels and there is nothing to worry about, the breakfast is wonderful and the location of the hotel is excellent on both sides there is a promenade with restaurants shops and car rentals I highly recommend this wonderful hotel
