Wspaniały pobyt, otrzymaliśmy upgrade pokoju od recepcjonisty, apartament przekroczył nasze oczekiwania! Dostęp do strefy z basenem i sauna, śniadanie przepyszne! Na pewno wrócimy ❤️

Pokój niesamowity, duży, z pełnym wyposażeniem i wszystkim co może się przydać podczas pobytu. Hotel jest niedaleko przystanków tramwajowych, a na jego terenie znajduje się parking.

W pokoju i na korytarzu był duszący zapach (najpewniej jakiś olejków). Po długim wietrzeniu udało się go pozbyć jedynie częściowo.

Wspanialy nowoczesny hotel ze strefa spa również atrakcyjna .Wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Szczególny ukłon dla Pana Alfreda na recepcji. Pomocny w każdej sytuacji i wykazuje sie duża kultura.

Stylish and comfortable hotel with a lovely swimming pool & sauna and a nice choice of restaurants. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfy. Complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Staff on reception helpful - they kindly lend me a phone charger. I would definitely stay again but I have to note that my room was in a building separate from the main one (the one where reception, breakfast area and pool were) - on this occassion I had no problem with that as it was warm outside, but in the winter it would have been a minus. Easy and quick access to Poznan Glowny train station by tram but one has to walk for circa 10 mins to the tram stop first.

Our windows were overlooking a steakhouse and I could hear chatting and music from the restaurant until it closed. The shower over bath wasn't very accessible - no rail and the bath edge was quite high, it was easy to slip. I would have preferred a walk in shower. Room service was disappointing as the only vegetarian option available was a soup and the portion was tiny - please consider vegans and vegetarians like room service too!
