L’établissement est déplorable, la salle de bain est désastreuse

La propreté, la salle de bain qui part en lambeaux, le pommeau de douche, on le prend dans les mains, il nous reste dans les mains J’en parle même pas du reste

"Un cauchemar! Aucune prise en charge, aucune solution concrète, et même pas la moindre excuse pour ce préjudice extrêmem"

Rien! A fuir!!! Infesté de punaises de lit. Notre séjour a été entièrement gâché. Nous sommes rentrées couvertes de piqûres, mais surtout avec des punaises de lit dans nos valises

Malgré notre signalement de la présence de punaise, l’hôtel n’a absolument pris aucune mesure sérieuse pour résoudre la situation. Ma fille de 10 ans et moi-même avons été laissées sans chambre ni assistance, de 23h30 jusqu’à 12h le lendemain, dans une situation totalement inadmissible et indigne d’un établissement hôtelier. La directrice ainsi que le personnel ont fait preuve d’un manque total de professionnalisme et de considération.

Rien

La vétusté de l'appartement. Ma fille dormait sur le fauteuil lit ou les lattes n'était pas fixées du coup à force de bouger en dormant les lattes sont tombé et ma fille aussi.

La proximité de la plage et du centre

Pas de lumière dans la salle de bain : un technicien devait intervenir mais personne n’est jamais venu. Le volet roulant de la chambre ne fonctionne pas donc le matin réveillé très tôt et compliqué pour la sieste des enfants. Pas de vue sur la piscine comme indiqué dans l’annonce
