Die Kommunikaton mit dem Personal gestalte sich schwierig. Die Öffnungszeiten des Kundenservice waren sehr ungünstig. Es gab weder Parkplätze noch alternative Parkmöglichkeiten.(nur auf der Strasse ziemlich weit vom Hotel).

Niks host was onardig en wilde mij annulering niet accepteren ondanks dat ik daar niet eens geslapen had. Jammer genoeg te laat naar recensies gekeken omdat ik om 3 uur s'nachts onderweg naar Frankrijk naar overnachting zocht. Ik had netjes op tijd aangegeven dat parking voor mij heel belangrijk was. Bij aankomst zei ze dat zogenaamd alle parkeer opties bezet waren

Maar daarna ineens was er plek mogelijk bij privé parkeerplaats. Ik wil zo spoedig mijn geld terug want ik ga niet betalen voor plek dat ik niet eens geweest ben! Zeker geen aanrader en ik raad iedereen deze plek af!

Bonjour l'endroit était bien le bloc c'est propre par contre l'appartement il a un style ancien il me manque de renouveler sa fortement avec les meubles c'est tout la salle de bain et pas vraiment propre
