Everything brilliant except shower. Lovely place and great value. Breakfast was a bit quirky however nice all the same. Missed breakfast on day 2 as we had not ordered night before as we were back late.

We enjoyed this property and it’s old English charm. The room was comfortable and had great window views. It’s location is in a very attractive older area of Bonchurch.

Location good to get around the island by car, parking onsite and nearby and for walking access for Ventnor

The location was excellent - walking distance to Ventnor and the very picturesque Bonchurch. The house was lovely and the hosts were the perfect; friendly, laid back and extremely kind. They were absolute stars and bent over backwards to help us. We can't praise them or the accommodation enough and will certainly use them again.

Didn’t realise that continental breakfast was an extra cost. Be aware that Ventnor has very steep hills

Quiet location - very comfortable - was able to park at the property - easy to walk down to the seafront

Nothing all was satisfactory for our short stay

Beautiful decor and there was everything we needed and more. The breakfast was perfectly presented in a basket, fresh produce. The hosts were delightful, very helpful. We were lucky get parking outside the door. But only 4 bays so could be a problem on occasion. More parking available up the road.

Water pressure was quite low but adequate. It tried to ring to ask about parking for my car before I arrived but there was only a message. No lift and narrow staircase, but that seem to be common in the Uk with the older properties.
