We were welcomed on our arrival with tea ans cake, which was a lovely touch. Our room was cosy and breakfast was cooked to order (and delicious). This is a very old building, full.of character and we very much enjoyed our short stay.

"A pleasant break, but wouldn't have stayed any longer. Ideal for a short sta than the three nights."

Breakfast ample and nicely presented. Staff friendly and the whole of the site, in and out very clean.

No sitting area other than your room or dining room. Disappointed that no restaurant for the evening, once back didn't feel like going out again.

Host was very welcoming and room, facilities, etc. were spotlessly clean. Dedicated parking space was very welcome. Hotel situated in idea location for New Forest walks, etc.

Only slight issue was the portion size of the breakfast.

Small hotel but so welcoming by the Elder (sorry if the spelling is wrong). We were greeted by tea and cake before checkin. Breakfast was first class.

Nothing really. Slight issue with radiators as they didn’t seem to work.
