The customer service was horrible I have never stayed anywhere and got mistreated like I did… I was judged from the first encounter upon check in and threatened my whole stay… it was HORRIBLE!! And would never stay there again!!!!

Convenient to the convention center and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and staff members were very helpful and friendly.

No hot breakfast and we paid for it. So we didn't eat. The doors beside the front was always locked. Stuff first night we got there. Seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. We know it was Christmas but we weren't in the city for fun. Our granddaughter is in rileys. So hoilday Inn express was better. Never stay at the hoilday inn downtown again.
